How Should I Use CBD Tinctures?
CBD tinctures are taken sublingually, or under the tongue, to maximize absorption. To use these oils, just follow these two, simple steps:
- Open your bottle of Proleve CBD oil, and extract the desired dosage. Measure your dosage using the marked glass pipette attached to the cap of your tincture bottle.
- Drop the dosage of CBD directly under your tongue, and hold it there for at least 30 seconds before swallowing. This allows CBD to absorb into the veins beneath the tongue, helping CBD reach the bloodstream faster to facilitate effects.
How Much CBD Oil Should I Take?
There’s no set guideline to how many milligrams of a CBD tincture you should take per dose. In studies, researchers suggest that optimal doses in humans range from 20 to 1500 milligrams per day with a strong safety profile.
