Your tier status is based on your cumulative spending or the number of purchases made. You can check your status by logging into your account.
To view your current points balance, simply login to your account and scroll down to the points section. You can also view your point balance on this page after logging in.
Points expire one year after earning. Points may be forfeited if your account is closed.

No, we cannot automatically merge existing accounts for rewards. When you sign up for an account, you're automatically entered into our rewards program with the email address used. If you have two accounts by mistake, please contact us here.
