• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 - Free (standard ground carrier)
• Ground: 3-5 business days (USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground)
• Expedited: 2-3 business days (UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select)

• Flat Rate International: Orders over $100 - $25 flat rate
• Calculated rates available via UPS Worldwide Saver, Worldwide Express, or Worldwide Expedited -  transit time and cost are calculated at checkout based on destination.
  
• Customs, duties, and import fees: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. They are not included in your order total or shipping cost, and Proleve does not cover or reimburse them.
• Local regulations: It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the products they order can legally be imported into their country, and to provide any import documentation, license, or tax ID required by customs.
• Customs rejection: If customs holds or rejects a shipment, the package may be destroyed or abandoned according to the carrier’s and the destination country’s regulations. In these cases, refunds are not available, and the customer is responsible for any related fees.
