"I use this oil and put it in my tea or sometimes straight under my tongue whenever my should pain acts up. I have a torn bicep and some days the pain is pretty rough and travels up my shoulder, to my trap area and neck. This helps curb the pain without having to take a prescription pill. - Hi Frank, Thanks for your question. Each dropper full of the 500mg CBD tincture contains just under 17mg of CBD or about 1mg per drop. While one full dropper is considered a serving size, we recommend you “start low and go slow” if you’re new to CBD products. For the 500mg, try starting out with a half dropper of tincture once or twice a day to gauge the effects you’re experiencing, and make adjustments from there.
